An excellent 'master text/ with a considerable amount of useful information
hidden within the words. The fact that 19 kata are illustrated as the basis
of karate-do and little used kihon forms like ten no kata are included makes
this a very worthwhile read. The use of kihon practice from yoi position without the necessity to chamber hand on hip (ten no kata) is a useful activity for most karateka who wish to make their techniques functional. |
