| Opinion: | With over 300 pages there is a wealth of information for the karateka to digest. In some ways there is an over sell of information which detracts from the obvious value of this book to the kyu grade karateka. A good addition to the bookshelf of any experienced karateka who may wish to review the JKA style and applications for Shotokan techniques. | ||
